VPS Manager

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing lean manufacturing strategy planning and action, to improve plant profitability and efficiency
2. Lead and support plant VPS (Vibracoustic production system) activities
3. Teach and coach plant team VPS (Vibracoustic production system) tools and principle (e.g. 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen, etc.)
4. Lead plant team to fulfill the requirement of VMA(VPS maturity assessment) and achieve target
5. Comply with national/company safety regulations and systems and fulfill safety responsibilities

Requirements:

1. Above 5 years work experience in operational
2. Refer to skill matrix
3. Fluent spoken and written English
4. Experience with Six sigma is a plus
