Make a difference as Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Manager
As the Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Manager, you will lead the plant maintenance strategy to ensure facilities, machinery, and utilities perform at maximum efficiency. You will oversee preventive maintenance, manage breakdowns, and drive long-term reliability improvements through TPM and WCM methodologies, while ensuring compliance with safety and cost objectives.

What you will do :

• Develop and implement best-practice maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational performance

• Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and installation activities for equipment, utilities, and facilities

• Ensure equipment optimization, product quality, and compliance with safety and reliability standards

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team to deliver continuous improvements

• Manage maintenance budgets and cost-control measures while ensuring compliance with regulations

• Drive TPM/WCM practices, focusing on PM and AM pillars to enhance equipment reliability

• Provide technical guidance for complex maintenance issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges

What you will bring :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)

• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in maintenance within food & beverage or chemical manufacturing industries

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems in industrial plants

• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and control expenses

• Hands-on experience with TPM/WCM practices to improve reliability

• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP preferred)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong stakeholder management skills
