(MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN)
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and review Preventive Maintenance plans and Procedures for operations maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Maintain and evaluate equipment downtime records and manage a review process to develop systemic actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues
- Develop and implement continuous improvement activities to support Lean initiatives, cost reduction and maintenance excellence
- Liaise with process engineers and technician for equipment improvements
- Coordinate maintenance activities to support project and process engineering work
- Assist with facilities maintenance activities as necessary
- Comply with ISO systems which are ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO50001 including EPS 2.0
- Consulting and supporting the safety active participation in part concerned
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to overall plan, including management and reporting
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Support to installation and receive machine and tools from engineer included PM plan and spare part list
Major Skills / Competencies Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in maintenance in the similar manufacturing environment such as electrical appliance product assembly process
- Knowledge in maintenance best practice system
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of English skill in writing, speaking and reading
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Good planning and leadership abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- EPS (World Class Manufacturing) Competencies knowledge
