Job Description
Your Role
Senior Chemical Engineer supports maintaining Technology and Laboratories Water Plant and guarantee water quality according to national and international standards, chemical innovation, managing Technology and Laboratories chemical, chemical solutions and test load inventory. Being a coordinator with Global Technology and Laboratories team and suppliers in the scope of Chemical Engineering.
A Typical Day
- Maintain and improvement Technology and Laboratories Water Plant quality, calibration, preventive maintenance plan, water plant hardware and software problem solved.
- Guarantee water quality according to national and international standards for day-by-day laboratories uses.
- Manage chemical, chemical solutions and test load inventory for laboratories uses.
- Coordinate with the Global Technology and Laboratories team and suppliers in the scope of Chemical Engineering.
- Support for Functionality Development for Chemical Processes.
- Maintain and improvement Technology and Laboratories Water Plant according to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Providing improvement and innovation proposals.
- Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement.
- Support Technology and Laboratories in needed in the scope of Chemical Engineering.
- Additional specific assignments from line manager (if needed).
- Coaching team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge.
- 3-7 years experience in water quality management, equipment used in laboratory.
- Strong English communication ability (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
