This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok for a Management Trainee (Global Sales Learning & Business Development) who is responsible for executing sales strategies to deliver growth based on market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. This person supports strategic planning, develops sales presentations, builds relationships with clients, follows up, closes deals including global mega projects, and marketing materials that deliver products and services to our target market, and to travel globally as required to support business development.

Key Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
  • Progressive experience in sales and marketing, including developing and leading a high performing sales team and working with Senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, practices, and techniques, with a demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable sales growth.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive effective decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Networking & Business Development tools.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales personnel and supporting business development activity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
