• Manage, optimize, and monitor paid media performance across platforms
• Optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics (e.g. CTR, engagement, conversion)
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine media strategies

Marketing Background & Strategy (20%)

• Apply marketing fundamentals to campaign planning and execution
• Align ads strategies with regional/team and business objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing consistency

Content Performance Analysis (20%)

• Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics
• Translate data insights into clear recommendations to improve future content
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize creatives based on performance learnings

Creative Contribution (10%)

• Provide creative input and ideas to enhance content effectiveness
• Support ideation for new formats, hooks, and messaging angles
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions when needed
