Job Description
- Lead the development of the Middle East vision and yearly objectives, facilitating workshops to cascade goals to the Operational Committee (OCM).
- Develop and govern business scorecards and review materials, providing strategic guidance to the leadership team on progress tracking.
- Oversee the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Distributor Experience pillars, acting as the primary point of contact for Global and IMG teams.
- Drive the Annual Sales Objectives (ASO) strategy, including segmentation analysis, competitor positioning, and channel mix opportunities.
- Manage ASO agreement governance, including DocuSign approvals, quarterly reconciliation processes, and performance letters to address revenue gaps.
- Lead the strategy and material development for distributor engagement forums and oversee the execution of sentiment survey action plans (DSS).
- Govern the agenda and execution of key operational meetings (OCM, Quality SAR, SOTW) and drive action plans for voice survey feedback.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support revenue targets, reporting findings in monthly ASO Strategy meetings.
- Support corporate strategy assignments, special studies, and APDM business reviews to ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales & Service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Revenue Management, or Strategy within the Automotive industry.
- Proven track record of engaging effectively with C-suite executives and leading teams in a cross-cultural environment.
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and data analysis; proficiency in Python or AI trends is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to structure logical narratives and visualize data for senior leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and distributor partners.
- Deep understanding of the automotive sector and cultural nuances across APDM markets.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai or regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
