Our client is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to work closely with the MD in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving organization-wide strategic initiatives. This role involves analyzing market trends, assessing company performance, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring strategic alignment across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the company's long-term business strategy and annual strategic plans.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
- Provide Market & Business Intelligence insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with the CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Monitor progress of key initiatives and support problem-solving to ensure successful execution.
- Work with business units to set, track, and evaluate Corporate KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional strategy projects, workshops, and performance review meetings.
- Prepare business presentations and strategic reports for executives, Board, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure strategic cohesion across the organization.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Strategy, Planning, Business Development, or related roles within the Life Insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership mindset, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
- Good command of English and computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools preferred).
