Job Description

Our client is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to work closely with the MD in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving organization-wide strategic initiatives. This role involves analyzing market trends, assessing company performance, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring strategic alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the company's long-term business strategy and annual strategic plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
  • Provide Market & Business Intelligence insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with the CEO to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and implementation roadmaps.
  • Monitor progress of key initiatives and support problem-solving to ensure successful execution.
  • Work with business units to set, track, and evaluate Corporate KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional strategy projects, workshops, and performance review meetings.
  • Prepare business presentations and strategic reports for executives, Board, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure strategic cohesion across the organization.
  • Provide recommendations to improve performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Strategy, Planning, Business Development, or related roles within the Life Insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership mindset, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools preferred).
