Job Description
- Shaping the company's overall business strategy, developing strategic plans and assessing company performance
- Research, analyze and provide Marketing Intelligence & strategic Market Assessment to management team
- Work closely with CEO to build up the company strategic and direction and ensure the action plans from the roadmap are enrolled as planed
- Monitor, evaluate and support the alternative solutions to all key initiatives from each department to ensure achievement of overall performance
- Work with related team to set up, monitor Corporate KPI to achieve company's goals
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in in business, finance, statistics, economics, or any related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in planning, strategy, business development or related field in Life Insurance business.
- Experience in Data Analysis, Visualization, Strategic planner
- Effective Project Management, communication and presentation skills
- Strong numerical skills with advanced Excel skills
- Strong Leadership & Management competency
- Pro-active and able to work well under pressure
- Good command of English and computer literacy
