The Manager, Corporate Services will lead finance, corporate governance, and operational services for Gentari Mobility. Drives financial performance, compliance, corporate strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to support profitable growth.
This position is based in Thailand.
Responsibilities
Financial & Management Accounting
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, analysis, and reporting to Management;
- Prepare and submit Consolidated Returns Package (CRP) for group consolidation;
- Drive annual audits, statutory submissions, and internal audit assessments.
Commercial Finance
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support commercial strategy and decision-making
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations and sales & marketing teams to evaluate business performance
- Support pricing, profitability, and investment analysis
Operational Financial Services
- Lead treasury, cash management, and planning for future funding requirements;
- Oversee accounts payable, receivables, billings, vendor management, and tax submissions for compliance;
- Lead reconciliation of Gentari Go accounts.
Corporate Finance Strategy
- Drive financing and funding strategies, leveraging shareholders equity, decarbonisation funds, external financing, and trade financing;
- Lead investment evaluation and structuring to support profitable growth.
Governance, Risk & Processes
- Act as custodian for Limits of Approving Authorities, counterparty credit risk guidelines, and adoption of groupwide risk policies;
- Lead process governance across corporate functions
- Lead the preparation and coordination of board and executive committee papers
Financial Advisory & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Provide strategic financial advisory to business (e.g., business structures, fund flow, EBITDA+ scenarios, M&A);
- Lead coordination with corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Tax, Risk, and Procurement, including management of external advisors and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) desirable;
- 1015 years experience in finance, corporate services, or accounting roles;
- Experience in mobility, energy, or infrastructure preferred;
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in an independent work environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, consistently delivers high quality results in a timely manner and with minimal supervision.
- Leadership capabilities including team development, coaching, and cross-functional influence;
- Ability to lead effectively in ambiguity and dynamic environments, making sound decisions with incomplete information;
