About the Role:
- Project Planning: Develop fit-out schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Execution & Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to approved designs and timelines.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for timely material delivery and quality workmanship.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fit-out works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and organizational standards.
Reporting: Prepare progress reports, track costs, and update management on project status and challenges.
About You
- 6–10 years of experience in fit-out or interior project management.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, and safety norms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
