Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan and execute business strategies, while identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and land analysis, evaluating business risks and their implications on project viability.
• Analyze target customer segments, competitive landscape, market channels, and define project branding/tiering strategies.
• Research and evaluate business opportunities to support strategic business development initiatives.
• Define the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for new developments and major renovations, crafting a winning strategy to stay ahead of competitors.
• Develop business models and assess financial viability through comprehensive financial analysis.
• Collaborate closely with project design teams on concept development and thematic direction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development, Feasibility Analysis, or related functions.
• Experience in the Hospitality and Real Estate industries is a strong advantage
• Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
