About Your Role
Manage key accounts within the On-Premise AFH (Away From Home) channel to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Implement pricing strategies, discount structures, and policies to maximize sales performance in alignment with assigned customer and key account plans.
- Develop and execute account plans and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the AFH Asia team, including joint projects and new product development (NPD) initiatives.
- Analyze market and business trends to identify opportunities, define strategy, and drive actionable plans.
- Identify and acquire new customers, particularly within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel.
- Oversee P&L management related to both contract renewals and onboarding of new customers.
- Monitor and report competitor activities regularly to maintain a strong market position and ensure competitive advantage.
- Ensure all assigned customers fully comply with contractual terms and conditions.
- Design and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns to help key customers increase sales volume.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and sustained business growth.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives and foster a customer-centric culture focused on exceeding expectations.
- Optimize D&A (Discounts & Allowances) spend to maximize beverage off-take within managed accounts.
- Ensure timely account development, manage receivables, and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with the MEM (Marketing Equipment Management) team to ensure timely installation and effective operation of post-mix systems.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate sales forecasting, smooth supply chain operations, and seamless service delivery to customers.
- Facilitate the introduction of new products or innovations to assigned key accounts.
- Support the AFH Asia team with monthly campaign summaries and ad-hoc requirements as needed.
