Manager, Local Sourcing

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager, Local Sourcing, based in Thailand. The role involves developing and managing relationships with local suppliers and partners to source smart devices efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement activities, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective sourcing strategies, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Manager will also identify market trends, provide market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve targets.

• Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, and Contract Negotiations
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to manage local supplier networks
• Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies
• Leadership and organizational capabilities with a focus on achieving business goals
• Knowledge of the smart device industry and familiarity with sustainability practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proficiency in Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines
