Job Description

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensure the timely and compliant importation and customs clearance of goods in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Oversee the transportation and receipt of materials into the manufacturing facility, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage third-party logistics service providers by establishing clear operational processes and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Administer the exportation process, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations and overseeing the outbound logistics of finished products to customers.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and drive continuous improvement of the Food Safety Program.
  • Monitor and manage quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery timelines, transportation costs, and overall logistics efficiency.
  • Maintain key performance metrics and conduct data analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize storage solutions and ensure inventory accuracy, maintaining optimal stock levels to balance cost efficiency and products availability.
  • Continuously enhance logistics processes to reduce operational costs and improve overall supply chain effectiveness.
  • Ensure all logistics activities are fully compliant with local and international laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance function to manage activities related to the Board of Investment (BOI), ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing incentive utilization.
  • Lead and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Look Like:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field of equivalent standing
  • Has 10+ years of experience in the logistics and warehousing management role with at least 3-4 years leading the logistics function at a manufacturing site
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Is fluent in both English and Thai to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) is a plus
  • Should have sufficient computer literacy to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
