Oversee and manage the change management, implementation, and execution. 7. Support Global Commodity Management strategy activities, including and not limited to VIM, Kanban, JIT. 8. Collaborate with Regional BU's and Global teams to ensure supply visibility and strategy, eg demand driven planning and supply, recycle packaging effort etc.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental, 5S policies, and general duty of care.
Has access to and handles confidential and sensitive business information, including but not limited to employee relations cases, compensation data, strategic plans, financial results, and trade secrets.
Manage continuous improvement and automation effort for higher efficiency internally and externally with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Purchasing / Logistic/ Material Management or equivalent education and/or experience.
Minimum of 10years experience working in manufacturing and materials management.
Good knowledge on Data Digitalization , Data Analysis, Power BI and Tableau.
Experience with a variety of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
Imaginative application of custom supply solutions to reduce non-value portion of material procurement. Preferably proficient in SAP.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent leadership and personnel development skills.
