Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement & Operational Control
  • Review end-to-end Group policy administration workflow (policy setup, member endorsement, policy change, and data transfer to claim)
  • Identify operational gaps, duplicate work, and manual processes
  • Design standardized workflows and SOPs for Group operations
  • Implement operational control points to prevent data errors
  • Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, and IT teams to align operational processes
  • Support incident tracking and root-cause analysis for operational issues
  • Data Management & Data Accuracy
  • Create and maintain a centralized group policy financial and operational data structure (operational database / operational data mart)
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (core system, Excel, partner files, reports)
  • Ensure policy and member data are accurate and claim-ready
  • Perform data reconciliation between systems
  • Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies
  • Establish a single source of truth for Group policy information
  • Automation & System Support
  • Automate manual operational tasks using tools such as:
  • Design automated process preparation and operational validation checks
  • Coordinate with IT for system enhancement requirements
  • Reporting & Management Dashboard
  • Develop automated operational reports and dashboards
  • Generate regular reports that related with group policy
  • Reduce manual report preparation
  • Support management decision-making using operational data
  • Governance & Documentation
  • Document operational workflows and data definitions
  • Maintain operational reporting dictionary and data mapping
  • Support audit and compliance review related to operational data
  • Maintain issue log, change log, and process documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Operation, Data Analysis. Business Analyst, or Process Improvement
  • Experienced in Process Improvement with understanding Data & IT concept
  • Understanding operational workflow and system integration
  • Advance Excel (Power query / pivot table/ Data cleansing)
  • Database concept (table, join, data mapping)
  • Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Basic Automation / Scripting / RPA (Power automate, Python or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high data accuracy standards.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
