Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute merchandise strategies aligned with overall business and brand direction - Plan and manage product assortment across categories, pricing architecture, and sales channels - Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer behavior to optimize merchandising decisions - Oversee product lifecycle management, including new product launches and end-of-life strategies - Collaborate closely with the Buying team on product selection and purchasing plans - Work with Marketing to align promotional campaigns with product strategies and key launches - Monitor and improve inventory efficiency (sell-through rate, stock turn, aging stock) - Manage product allocation across stores and channels to maximize sales performance - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on product performance analysis - Lead or support a merchandising/planning/inventory team (if applicable) - Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management - Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Logistics, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or planning (retail experience preferred) - Strong understanding of retail business and end-to-end merchandise management - Excellent analytical and business acumen with a data-driven mindset - Experience in team management or cross-functional collaboration is an advantage - Strong strategic thinking and commercial decision-making skills - Advanced Excel skills or experience with data analysis tools - Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends - Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
