Reporting to the Head of SME Business, you will lead the sales team to drive merchant acquisition, and revenue growth for the SME function. You will manage and develop a high-performing team while executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve sustainable business expansion.
This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate growth objectives into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and overall SME business performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets
- Oversee field sales performance by working closely with area managers, including target setting, incentive design, and performance management
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and key performance metrics to ensure consistent execution
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and enhancements aligned with market needs
- Identify market opportunities and optimize sales approaches based on data and insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within e-commerce or digital platforms
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
