Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of SME Business, you will lead the sales and partnership team to drive merchant acquisition, and business performance for SME function. You will manage and develop a high-performing team while executing strategic sales initiatives and building scalable partnerships that accelerate sustainable business expansion.
This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate growth objectives into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Partnership team to drive merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and overall SME business performance
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and structure win-win arrangements
- Oversee field sales performance by working closely with area managers, including target setting, incentive design, and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term collaboration and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and enhancements aligned with market needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related commercial fields
- 5+ years of experience in sales and partnership management, preferably within eCommerce or digital platforms
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
