Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manager- People System plays a crucial role in optimizing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging technology to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the implementation of new People platform or upgrades to existing systems.
  • Collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the People System.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the system's databases, data integrity, and security measures.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with technical support as needed.
  • Implementing data quality control measures to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
  • Analyzing existing HR processes and identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining through the Digital Solution.
  • Training P&C team and other relevant team members on how to use the People System effectively.
  • Providing ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their questions and concerns related to the People System.
  • Monitoring user feedback and actively seeking ways to improve the user experience of the People System.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance user interface and functionality.
  • Leading People System-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and customizations.
  • Coordinating project timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology.

Job Specification

Qualification:

  • Strong understanding of HR or Technology processes, policies, and practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and related tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with evolving HR technology trends.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in managing and implementing People System
