RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES :
- Ensures production volumes consistently meet service level expectations and quality standards, while achieving target levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and drives initiatives to enhance overall plant performance.
- Maintains strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly in health, safety, and environmental areas.
- Contributes to the development of the Plant's 5-Year Business Plan (5YBP) and annual budget proposals.
- Aligns production output with key performance indicators across safety, service, quality, people development, industrial metrics, and cost targets.
- Oversees the industrialization of new products and supports ongoing technological advancements.
- Implements effective organizational structures and promotes talent development and competency building.
- Collaborates with the Purchasing team to ensure efficient supply base management.
- Represents the Company in customer interactions when required, in coordination with the Sales team.
Direct report :- Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Safety and Facilites.
Qualification:
- 10+ years in manufacturing or related fields, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Proven experience in production planning, quality systems, environmental and safety management, and team leadership.
