Job Purpose:
Manager- People System plays a crucial role in optimizing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging technology to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of new People platform or upgrades to existing systems.
- Collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the People System.
- Monitoring and maintaining the system's databases, data integrity, and security measures.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with technical support as needed.
- Implementing data quality control measures to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
- Analyzing existing HR processes and identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining through the Digital Solution.
- Training P&C team and other relevant team members on how to use the People System effectively.
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their questions and concerns related to the People System.
- Monitoring user feedback and actively seeking ways to improve the user experience of the People System.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance user interface and functionality.
- Leading People System-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and customizations.
- Coordinating project timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology.
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Strong understanding of HR or Technology processes, policies, and practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and related tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and process optimization.

Education:
