Role Description
At Siam Seaplane, we are redefining how people experience travel, from the moment they leave the ground to the moment they arrive at their dream destination. As part of our team, you won't just be marketing a product, you will be shaping journeys, capturing moments, and bringing a new category of aviation and lifestyle to life in Asia.
We are looking for a Marketing Associate or Marketing Manager who is both creative and hands-on, someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality and stories into experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to grow with a brand that is set out to transform the way we travel in Thailand and beyond.
What you will do
Bring One of Asia's Most Innovative Aviation Brands to Life (Social Media Lead)
- Create and manage social content across our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Capture and curate the full guest journey, from private terminal to destination
- Work with influencers, photographers, and partners to produce high-quality content
- Work alongside the team in running social ads across platforms and ad networks, track performance, and develop reports and strategies
Make Things Happen (Campaigns & Projects)
- Support, co-lead or lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to keep everything on track
- Assist in building presentations, decks, and marketing materials
- Support co-marketing initiatives and track performance
Be Part of Our Experiences (Events & Activations)
- Support events, trade shows, and exclusive experiences
- Help set up, manage, and deliver memorable brand moments
- Be hands-on when needed, ready to roll up your sleeves—whether it's heading to golf courses, cruising on a yacht, or bringing bold, unforgettable events to life on our aircraft.
Keep Everything Organized & Insightful
- Track performance, engagement, and campaign results
- Maintain marketing assets, folders, and documentation
- Co-build and maintain an overall marketing strategy and planning
- Work across our other companies and brands, including Siam Aero Services, Siam Scenic, Jetboard Thailand, and Samra Seaplane Cambodia, where relevant
Who You Are

- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and keeping the energy high
- Hands-on but with a strategic and analytical mindset
What You Bring
- 3 years in marketing, social media, or a related field
- Good communication skills in English and fluency in Thai.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content trends
- Interest in travel, aviation, or hospitality & lifestyle
- Understanding of Meta (Facebook) Business Manager, Google Analytics
- Own a laptop
