We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies for our automotive parts business in Thailand. This role will play a key part in driving brand growth, expanding market presence, and supporting distributor networks, particularly within the shock absorber and automotive aftermarket sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track industry trends in the automotive aftermarket
- Define KPIs and manage both short-term and long-term marketing performance
- Lead brand positioning and strengthen corporate image in Thailand
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns and communication channels
- Create marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, presentations, digital content) in Thai and English
- Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, website, and email marketing
- Manage and optimize online campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and LINE
- Analyze campaign performance and maximize ROI
- Control marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Support distributors, dealers, and auto repair networks with marketing programs and tools
- Develop partner engagement strategies for recruitment and retention
- Prepare annual marketing plans and monthly performance reports
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships across Thailand
- Lead online marketing platform development and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive parts, motorcycle, or aftermarket products
- Strong understanding of the Thailand automotive market
- Solid expertise in digital marketing and online advertising
- Experience working with distributors, dealers, KOLs, or B2B networks
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and ROI
- Fluent in Thai and English (Chinese is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Thailand
