About the Role
As a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive at V Yachts Asia, you will be instrumental in shaping and elevating the presence of the world's most prestigious luxury yacht brands in Thailand. You will lead the charge in enhancing brand awareness, orchestrating high-impact marketing events, driving qualified lead generation, and directly contributing to our ambitious sales growth. This role demands the development and implementation of innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that firmly establish V Yachts Asia as the premier destination for discerning luxury yacht enthusiasts in the region.
Salary of up to 45,000 THB, depending on experience.
Locations: Bangkok (80%) and Phuket (20%)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Events: Spearhead marketing initiatives at major boat shows and manage targeted micro-events (e.g., sea trials, boutique cruises) to capture prospects and drive brand activation.
- Sales Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality leads and provide integrated marketing support for all sales initiatives.
- Exclusive Experiences: Plan and execute high-profile VIP events, including private viewings and prestigious product launches, managing all logistics from concept to on-site execution.
- Regional Liaison: Act as the primary contact for the Ferretti Group APAC marketing team to ensure all collateral and campaigns align with global brand standards and visual identity.
- Integrated Campaigns: Execute and analyze multi-channel campaigns leveraging digital marketing, PR, cross-brand collaborations, and social media strategies.
- Content Curation: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including website copy, press releases, and visually stunning social media narratives.
- Social Media Management: Strategically manage and optimize premium social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and brand advocacy.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify luxury trends and gain insights into high-net-worth (HNW) audience behaviors.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on key marketing metrics to demonstrate ROI and inform data-driven campaign optimizations.
- Brand Strategy: Support the development of a luxury brand strategy that aligns V Yachts Asia's objectives with the global prestige of the Ferretti Group.
- Operational Flexibility: Maintain a flexible schedule for frequent travel between Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and occasionally overseas for major events.
- Lead the development of new digital channels and high-end content creation, leveraging your personal social media influence to drive brand growth and lifestyle engagement for our exclusive yacht portfolio.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; a Master's in Luxury Brand Management is a plus.
- Experience: background in marketing for premium, luxury, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Event Expertise: Skilled in planning and executing high-end events and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Social Media: Capable of developing sophisticated social media strategies and engaging content for luxury audiences.
- Campaign Management: experience in implementing measurable marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Digital Marketing: Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Languages: Native Thai fluency and professional English proficiency are mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong proactive problem-solver, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Industry Interest: A passion for the luxury lifestyle sector or the marine industry is highly advantageous.
- Technology: Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com), and social media management tools.
- AI Literacy: Ability to adopt and utilize AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and content drafting.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
