Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive CRM specialist to join our dynamic banking team. The Campaign Manager will responsible for managing and enhancing customers relationships through effective CRM strategies. This role involves leveraging data and customer insight to improve customer satisfaction, drive loyalty, and increase revenue while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Job Description

Understanding targeted customers and banking product/services in order to make the right offering and select the right channel for customers.

Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, segmentations, and opportunities for targeted marketing and personalized service offerings.

Initiating, managing and ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and achieve the objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, IT, risk) to design and implement effective CRM campaigns and initiative.

Concludes marketing campaign reports to measure campaign performance and provide executive summary/recommendations to product managers

Continuously improve customer journey by integrating customer feedback, monitoring drop-off, and identifying areas for service enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification in CRM is a plus.

Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience working on marketing campaign in Banking industry.

Experience in credit card or personal loan business is preferable.

Project Management strong analytical, logical thinking and creative thinking skill.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.

Experience in CRM related area in consumer finance/banking industry is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is preferable.
