Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns with a strong focus on driving qualified traffic to our mobile app and achieving measurable campaign objectives.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven analysis to continuously optimize campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic and growth for the mobile app.
- Own campaign objectives and KPIs (e.g. installs, sessions, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement).
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (content, creative, performance,) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and optimize in-flight based on data and insights.
- Analyze post-campaign results and clearly define key learnings, insights, and improvement actions.
- Translate campaign data into clear business narratives for stakeholders.
- Test and experiment with new campaign mechanics, channels, formats, and growth ideas.
- Ensure campaign execution is scalable, repeatable, and continuously improving.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in marketing campaign management, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in app-based or e-commerce businesses.
- Proven experience driving traffic and measurable growth through marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, insights, and root causes.
- Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and post-campaign analysis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and execution skills with high ownership.
- Ability to clearly articulate what worked, what didn't, and why.
