Job Description

Overview:

This role will work closely with top management to drive marketing initiatives across brand communications, strategic partnerships, customer engagement, tourism marketing, digital campaigns, and large-scale experiential events. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand leadership, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead integrated marketing communications and brand campaigns
  • Drive destination marketing initiatives and iconic experiential events
  • Oversee customer engagement, CRM, and loyalty initiatives
  • Collaborate with business partners, tenants, agencies, and strategic stakeholders
  • Monitor marketing performance and optimize initiatives through data-driven insights
  • Support team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • Approximately 10+ years of marketing experience with significant leadership exposure
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred Background:

  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing leadership
  • Strong exposure to retail, lifestyle destination, hospitality, tourism, or experiential marketing
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale campaigns and stakeholder partnerships
  • Strong commercial mindset with execution excellence
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives
