Job Summary & purpose

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing plans and campaigns to promote the brand, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to roll out marketing initiatives, managing marketing assets, tracking campaign performance, and assisting in both digital and offline marketing activities. The Executive plays a hands-on role in ensuring timely and effective implementation of marketing efforts aligned with the brand's identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print, and in-store.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Assist in event coordination, product launches, and in-store activations.

Content Support:

  • Assist in creating and localizing marketing content such as social media posts, e-newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content and materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Digital Marketing:

  • Schedule and manage social media posts and basic community engagement.
  • Support execution of paid media, SEO/SEM campaigns, and email marketing efforts in collaboration with digital marketing teams.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support marketing planning.
  • Assist in compiling post-campaign performance reports and gathering insights for future improvements.

Administrative and Coordination Tasks:

  • Maintain marketing calendars and timelines, ensuring smooth coordination of all deliverables.
  • Manage the stock and distribution of marketing collateral to stores or partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, retail, CRM, and visual merchandising teams to support Integrated campaigns and promotions.
  • Communicate marketing updates and guidelines to relevant internal and external stakeholders

Skills required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail, beauty, or consumer goods.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital platforms, and brand management.
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong eye for branding and detail in execution of marketing content and visuals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, andbsocial media scheduling tools.
