As a Marketing Executive at Nightify, you'll be responsible for building, executing, and evolving how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, from social media and ads to B2B communications, events, and partnerships.
This is not a narrow social media role. It's a full-stack marketing position spanning B2C growth, B2B communications, content, brand consistency, paid media, and partnerships. You'll help translate Nightify's voice into campaigns, content, and systems that scale.
You'll work closely with the founders, sales, partnerships, and creative teams, taking real ownership of marketing strategy and execution. We're looking for someone sharp, super detail-obsessed, and deeply interested in nightlife culture. Someone who thinks in systems, writes exceptionally well, and cares deeply about how things look, feel, and land.
This is the first full-time marketing hire. Over time, this role can truly grow into leading a dedicated marketing team across B2C and B2B.
It's part strategy, part execution, part brand stewardship, and very hands-on.
Responsibilities
1. B2C Marketing & User Growth
- Own Nightify's consumer-facing marketing across social media, content, and campaigns.
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, LINE, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with videographers, video editors, and designers to plan, brief, and produce high-quality static and video content.
- Write strong, on-brand copy for posts, captions, stories, reels, ads, and in-app communications.
- Plan and execute newsletters, EDMs, and lifecycle communications to promote events, features, and partner venues.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual direction across all B2C touchpoints.
- Support user acquisition efforts through organic content, paid media, partnerships, and campaigns.
2. B2B Marketing & Partner Communications
- Own marketing communications for Nightify's venue partners and B2B audience.
- Plan and execute B2B content across LINE broadcasts, email, decks, one-pagers, and sales materials.
- Work closely with the sales and partnerships teams to support venue acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Coordinate with designers to prepare artwork, collateral, and assets for B2B campaigns.
- Help define how Nightify presents itself to venues: clear, professional, valuable, and on-brand.
3. Content Writing, SEO & Editorial
- Lead content writing across blogs, long-form articles, landing pages, and SEO-driven content.
- Ensure all written content aligns with Nightify's brand voice and messaging standards.

- Assist in audience targeting, campaign setup, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Collaborate with founders or external partners on media buying strategy and experimentation.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
5. Brand, Design Oversight & Quality Control
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Adapt and manage design templates (Canva, Figma, etc.) for marketing use.
- Review and refine creative output from designers and editors with a strong eye for detail.
- Maintain clean, organized systems for assets, templates, and brand materials.
6. Events, Partnerships & Public Relations Support
- Support the planning, promotion, and execution of Nightify events, bar crawls, and partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing efforts around events, including pre-event promotion and post-event content.
- Assist with outreach to media, publications, and relevant platforms to promote Nightify, its events, and partnerships.
- Work with the partnerships and business development teams to amplify collaborations through marketing.
7. Systems, Workflows & Marketing Operations
- Build and maintain organized marketing workflows, calendars, and documentation.
- Help streamline internal processes for content production, approvals, and publishing.
- Support CRM and sales enablement efforts (e.g. HubSpot or similar tools) to align marketing and sales.
- Bring structure to chaos. Make things cleaner, faster, and more scalable over time.

- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Hands-on experience is a strong plus.
- Strong design sensibility. You don't need to be a graphic designer, but you know what looks good and tasteful, and what doesn't.
- Comfortable working with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Business Manager, and similar platforms.

- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve and scope grows.
