Compensation

The compensation range for this role is ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and overall fit for the position.

Role Overview

Seeking a proactive Marketing Executive with strong skills in branding, research, marketing, PR, and business development.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, Branding, Business Administration (Marketing), or a related field.
• Strong academic understanding of branding, consumer behavior, integrated marketing communications, and marketing strategy.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Basic working certification or demonstrable proficiency in:
• Claude AI
• Canva
• Figma
• Strong presentation and deck-building skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing independently.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic support for Key Accounts

Research and insight generation for pitches, positioning, and content

Brand-led content development and calendar thinking

Coverage tracking, impact assessment, and strategic intelligence

New media and collaboration identification

Founder's Office tasks – pitches, proposals, ideas, BD decks

Client experience and relationship building

Cross-functional team support
