Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager for our growing team. This role involves leading a team to generate sales through outbound calls, maintaining communication, and collaborating with digital marketing and operations management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in prospecting, qualifying and closing inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and customer portfolio expansion
- Oversee daily sales progress updates and reports
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team and sales management to optimize lead management
- Ensure the team's daily use of CRM systems
- Train, coach, and mentor the team for successful telephone-based sales
- Develop effective sales methods and strategies
- Others assigned by direct report
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 8 years of Telesales or Call Center experience required, experience in Bank/Insurance or similar industry is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading, coaching, or supervising a Telesales team comprising a minimum of 10 members
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels, demonstrating independence, proactivity, positivity, strong work ethic, and driven a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent team collaboration skills
