Job Description

Kredivo, the leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solution from Indonesia, and one of Southeast Asias fastest-growing fintech startups is looking for bold, curious, and purpose-driven individuals to join our journey to grow the Vietnam market and transform how young consumers access credit.

Were seeking an Marketing Manager to support and execute impactful, data-informed marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention across the full customer journey. This role will play a crucial part in localizing the Kredivo brand, launching high-converting campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring our value propositions to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing campaigns and key initiatives that drive customer acquisition through B2C and B2B2C models, and retention strategies
  • Manage co-marketing activities between Kredivo and partners (merchants as well as B2B partners) to increase awareness and Kredivos share of wallet
  • Craft effective and compelling content and visual assets to communicate the product propositions and differentiators to the targeted audience
  • Create, manage, and own the development of communication materials for promotional activities across a number of channels and ensure they are consistent and aligned with the brand guidelines (POSM, newsletter, push notification, Zalo, social media, SEO, etc)
  • Maintain and regularly update all owned marketing collateral and assets (website, social media, app listing, FAQs, etc) and make sure they reflect the latest product features and offerings
  • Manage external marketing vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality deliverables at optimal cost
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to improve future campaigns
  • Work closely with, coordinate, guide and influence cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment and impact on business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing/Business, Communications, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in building a fast-growing consumer brand, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or tech startups
  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail, and an ability to translate insights into action
  • Knowledgeable of strategic marketing principles and best practices, both in conventional and digital marketing
  • Proven ability to execute marketing strategies and effectively communicate ideas
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment with minimum supervision
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English
  • A self-starter and an independent thinker
  • An eye for design or background in performance marketing is a plus
