Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Branding: Develop digital marketing strategies, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives while ensuring consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
Campaign Management: Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, email, website optimization, and all social platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Line, X, Google) to drive performance and conversion.
Creative Direction: Lead designers and copywriters to deliver compelling visuals, social content, videos, and campaign materials aligned with brand goals.
Data & Analytics: Analyze performance metrics, build dashboards, optimize user journeys using GA4, and provide insights that improve ROI and efficiency.
Team Leadership: Mentor the digital team, ensure integrated execution with internal marketing, and present strategic plans and results to senior management.
Performance Measurement: Track brand health, campaign results, and customer insights to refine strategy, monitor competition, and adjust proactively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
710 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, marketing communications, or agency environments.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel campaigns and delivering strong, KPI-driven performance results.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and timelines.
Strong creative judgment with a solid understanding of branding, design principles, messaging, and visual storytelling.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, GA4, Meta platforms, Google Ads, email automation tools, and social listening platforms.
