Job Description

This role leads end-to-end marketing strategy and campaign execution for touring and show projects, including timelines, budgets, and performance targets across the full show lifecycle. It develops ticketing, pricing, and promotional strategies, oversees all media and digital activations, and utilizes sales and audience data to optimize campaigns and inform future planning. The position manages key external and internal relationships, provides leadership and coaching to junior marketers, ensures brand consistency, and drives fan-first innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Leading end-to-end marketing strategy and campaign planning for touring and show projects in Thailand
  • Owning show marketing timelines, budgets, and performance targets from presale through onsale and postshow
  • Overseeing media planning, digital, social, CRM and partnership activations for assigned tours and shows
  • Interpreting sales, marketing and audience data to optimize campaigns and inform future planning
  • Managing relationships with artists teams, agencies, media partners and internal stakeholders
  • Providing leadership, coaching and daytoday direction to junior marketers and marketing coordinators
  • Ensuring brand and messaging consistency across all channels and materials
  • Aligning with regional and global marketing teams on best practices, tools and templates
  • Supporting business development with marketing input for pitches and proposals
  • Preparing regular performance reports, insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Championing fanfirst marketing, innovation and continuous improvement in how campaigns are run
  • Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media

You will work closely with:

  • Concerts / Promoter teams
  • Ticketing, Sponsorship and Partnerships teams
  • Digital, Social, PR and Creative teams
  • Regional / Global Marketing stakeholders

Who and what are we looking for

  • 8+ years experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, live events, or consumer marketing
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing budgets
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and ticketing data to drive decisions
  • Experience working across multiple markets in Asia is an advantage
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects
