We're hiring a Marketing Manager for a premium semi-permanent makeup studio — one of the most recognized names in its field, led by internationally award-winning artists with signature techniques of their own, and trusted by celebrities and clients across Thailand and beyond. The reputation is already built.

Your mission is to turn it into measurable growth: a stronger premium brand, quality leads, more bookings, and real revenue.

*This is not a page-admin role, not a content-only role, and not just an ads role — you'll own the numbers, work directly with the executive team, and earn a performance bonus tied to the results you create.*

Location: Saphan Song, Wang Thonglang, Bangkok — Lat Phrao / Chok Chai 4 area (near MRT Chok Chai 4, Yellow Line)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (08:30–17:30), weekends off

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly marketing plan
• Drive sales growth through media buying & optimization — managing ad budgets across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, and continuously improving campaigns for the best results
• Elevate the brand to feel premium and credible
• Analyze leads, ads, conversion, bookings, and actual revenue
• Implement marketing strategies and operational work hands-on, independently

Qualifications

• this is a local hire based in Bangkok (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Strategy
• Strong grasp of Branding, Content, Ads, and the Sales Funnel — comfortable reading marketing numbers and optimizing for real sales, not just impressions
• Experience working alongside sales teams to push revenue is a plus
• Background in Beauty, Aesthetic, Healthcare, Lifestyle, or Premium Services is a plus
