Responsibility

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute corporate and marketing strategies to drive growth for Water Treatment Solution and Solar Rooftop sectors.
• Brand & Marcom: Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) and content strategies to ensure consistent messaging across B2B and B2C.
• Trade Marketing: Manage distribution channels, design trade promotions, and develop POSM to boost partner sales performance.
• Lead Generation: Implement multi-channel acquisition strategies to generate high-quality leads for sales conversion.
• Digital Marketing: Deliver comprehensive digital marketing solutions to expand client channels and drive maximum revenue growth.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign ROI to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years in Marketing/BD, preferably in Renewable Energy, Water Treatment Solution, or Industrial sectors.
• Marcom & Trade Expertise: Proven track record in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and managing distribution channel strategies.
• Digital Savvy: Strong expertise in E-commerce operations, Lead Generation, and Digital Marketing performance.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop business plans for both B2B and B2C segments in domestic and global markets.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and English communication skills for professional and international collaboration.
