Strategic and Market Analysis Support such as conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making to meet budget goals and objectives.
Provide support the concept and timing planning of new products, collaborating closely with Head office and the Manager.
Coordinate with Head office to gather market voice for new sizes and items and assist in preparing materials to support development initiatives.
Manage the team to conduct product training sessions for sales teams, covering essential information for new and existing products.
Co-work with sales teams in business negotiations, especially for commercial tires, providing product and market expertise.
Provide data to making mid-term plan for sales and consolidated profit and implement this plan.
Support to make annual sales and profit plan in the sales group companies and follow up on such plan.
Plan and support for ASEAN new product launching events with responsible parties
Oversee to annual budget planning for marketing activities in ASEAN
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in Marketing filed or others related
Experience in Tires industrial 7-10 Years as a minimum in Senior, leader or supervisor level, Assistant
