The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing, sales, and communications initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth, with a strong focus on the property development and management sector.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor advertising, PR, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to anticipate demand and inform strategy.
  • Forecast sales performance and guide marketing expenses accordingly.
  • Monitor customer preferences and competitor activities to optimize positioning.
  • Lead budget planning and cost control for all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business goals.

Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in property development or real estate marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
