What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies tailored for the Thai and Laos markets, aligning with business growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations related to financial promotions.
  • Own the marketing P&L, managing a multi-million-dollar budget with a strong focus on ROI and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) efficiency.

Digital Marketing and User Growth Management

  • Lead and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns (SEM, display, social media, influencers, affiliates), including but not limited to Google, Meta, and Bing.
  • Organize and execute campaigns from top-of-funnel awareness through conversion and retention, covering all marketing touchpoints, including social media and branding.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to dominate key trading- and review-related keywords.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to convert leads into accounts and retain clients.
  • Develop and execute retention and reactivation campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages) to improve deposit frequency and client engagement.
  • Design and optimize the user journey from first touchpoint to funded trader, improving conversion rates at each stage.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, CPA, CPL, conversions).
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management.

Brand & Communication

  • Strengthen brand positioning across Thailand and Laos.
  • Build relationships with local media, KOLs, influencers, and partners.
  • Manage online and offline events, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Team & Agency Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team (specialists in performance, content, design, CRM, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, PR, SEO, etc.), ensuring delivery against KPIs.

Who We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role within the online trading, CFD, Forex, or FinTech sector.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition in a regulated environment with clear, measurable ROI.
  • Deep hands-on experience with affiliate/IB network management in Forex/CFD.
  • Experience supporting cross-border marketing in Thailand and/or Laos markets.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, analytics platforms, SEO/SEM).
  • Strong understanding of Forex/CFD/financial trading market trends.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and retail trading audience psychology.
  • Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and partners effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Language

  • Fluent in Thai and English (Lao language is a plus).
