Marketing Manager,Southeast Asia
Responsibilities
1. Market Strategy and Planning: Research the dynamics of the photovoltaic market in Southeast Asian countries, including policy orientation, differences in customer needs, competitor situations, and channel landscapes. Based on the company's advantages in household and commercial photovoltaic products, formulate regional marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, and budget proposals. Implement, track, review, and optimize these plans to ensure the achievement of regional market share and performance growth targets.
2. Brand Building and Promotion: Responsible for the localization construction and dissemination of the company's photovoltaic brand in the Southeast Asia region. Based on local cultural characteristics, plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, connect with local industry associations and relevant government agencies, enhance the brand's popularity, reputation and influence in the region, and create brand labels suitable for household and commercial scenarios.
3. Channel Development and Management: Establish and optimize the marketing channel system for the Southeast Asia region, while expanding the household terminal channels and industrial and commercial customer channels. Be responsible for channel recruitment, cooperation negotiation, signing, and daily maintenance. Formulate channel incentive policies to enhance channel activity and execution, ensuring channel shipment volume and market coverage.
4. Market Promotion and Implementation: Develop differentiated promotion plans based on the market characteristics of different Southeast Asian countries; coordinate the localization adaptation of marketing materials (such as multilingual promotional materials and case manuals), and promote the implementation of solutions like photovoltaic and energy storage integration that are tailored to regional demands, thereby enhancing the market acceptance of the products.
5. Data Tracking and Analysis: Track the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, channel performance, market share and other core data, regularly produce market analysis reports, analyze market change trends, customer pain points and deficiencies in marketing work, and propose optimization suggestions; collect industry policies, technological trends and competitor dynamics to provide decision support for product iteration and strategic adjustment of the company.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Strictly abide by the laws and regulations, industry norms and company policies of Southeast Asian countries, control compliance risks in marketing activities and channel cooperation; pay attention to market risks such as exchange rate fluctuations and policy changes, and propose risk hedging suggestions to ensure the compliance and orderly development of marketing work.
Job Requirements
1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in Marketing, International Trade, New Energy (related to photovoltaic), or other relevant fields.
2. Work Experience: 3-5 years or more of relevant marketing experience in the Southeast Asia region, with a must-have background in the household and commercial photovoltaic industry. Familiarity with the policies, market demands, and channel characteristics of the photovoltaic market in Southeast Asia is required. Candidates with successful cases of regional market expansion, brand promotion, and channel construction will be given priority. Those with marketing management experience in multinational companies and working experience in leading photovoltaic enterprises will be preferred.
3. Professional Competence: Possessing solid theoretical and practical knowledge in marketing, capable of independently formulating regional marketing strategies and promotion plans, proficient in channel development, event planning, customer maintenance and data review; familiar with photovoltaic products (such as modules and inverters) and household and commercial photovoltaic system solutions, able to propose targeted marketing ideas based on regional demands; having strong market insight, business negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities, able to respond quickly to market changes.
4. Language Skills: Proficient in English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing), capable of conducting business communication, contract negotiation and document processing in English as a working language. Knowledge of Chinese can be a plus.
5. Qualities Required: Strong sense of purpose, responsibility and pioneering spirit, able to withstand high work pressure; good cross-cultural communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration ability, meticulous and strong in execution; able to adapt to frequent business trips within Southeast Asia and accept flexible working arrangements.
