Retail Concept Stores: Hug Craft (Multi-brand Concept)
This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability through strategic buying, assortment planning, brand sourcing, and category management. The successful candidate will identify emerging trends, source exciting local and international brands, and curate a compelling product mix that delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving business objectives.
Source and onboard new Thai local brands to strengthen the product portfolio and enhance customer experiences
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, and business partners to support business growth
Tracking sale performance daily, weekly or monthly to achieve sale target.
Plan and execute product displays and promotions to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement
Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to continuously improve merchandising strategies and drive innovation
Manage relationship with supplier to ensure products quality, and ensuring that the products deliver on time
