Job Description

Position: Network Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of network and security solutions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless)
  • Configure and deploy network solutions based on requirements
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and security issues
  • Manage firewall systems (e.g., FortiGate, Palo Alto) including policies, NAT, and VPN
  • Support wireless and NAC solutions (e.g., Aruba, 802.1X, RADIUS)
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability
  • Work with internal teams, vendors, and clients on projects and issue resolution
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • Maintain technical documentation

Required Experience & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in network support, implementation, or infrastructure roles
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT
  • Experience with Cisco/Aruba and firewall technologies
  • Understanding of network security (Firewall / VPN, NAC)
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience & Skills


  • Experience with OSPF, EIGRP, or BGP
  • Aruba ClearPass / NAC experience
  • Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
  • Able to travel for on-site support

Language Requirements


  • English: Intermediate level or above

Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday–Friday)
