We are looking for a results-driven Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to join our growing team in Noida. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and scaling revenue-generating partnerships for OTT aggregation platform comprising of AVOD, SVOD and content licensing by tying up with Fintech, Financial Services , Loyalty, E-Commerce and internet service provider verticals. You will own both the hunting and farming charter — bringing in new partners while deepening and monetising existing relationships — with a strong mandate to drive and sustain a partnership portfolio generating ₹20 Million or more in monthly revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Revenue Growth
▸ Identify, prospect, and on-board high-value strategic partners across Fintech, FinServ Loyalty, E-Commerce, brands, CTVs and internet service provider for OTT platform VZY
▸ Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle: initial outreach, pitching, negotiation, contract closure, and go-live.
▸ Own and grow a monthly partnership revenue portfolio of ₹20 Million+, with clearly defined quarterly ramp up targets.
▸ Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to unlock new revenue streams and cross-sell opportunities.
Account Management & Farming
▸ Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximise wallet share, retention, and lifetime value.
▸ Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with key partners; identify gaps and implement corrective growth plans.
▸ Act as the primary point of escalation and strategic contact for top-tier partner accounts.
Hunting & New Business
▸ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners using market intelligence, networking, and industry events.
▸ Lead outbound outreach campaigns targeting FinTech platforms, NBFCs, banks, insurers, payment aggregators, and e-commerce players.
▸ Evaluate partnership fitment through commercial and strategic diligence; present compelling value propositions.
Revenue Scaling & GTM Execution
▸ Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to design co-branded or embedded solutions that drive partner adoption.
▸ Define and track KPIs: revenue per partner, activation rates, MoM growth, and partnership ROI.
▸ Build scalable frameworks for partner on-boarding, enablement, and performance monitoring.
Cross-functional Collaboration
▸ Work closely with the leadership team to shape the partnership strategy and input into annual business plans.
▸ Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract structuring, commercials, and compliance adherence.
▸ Represent the organisation at industry forums, conferences, and partner summits.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience
▸ 6–7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
▸ Demonstrated track record of managing and creating partnerships worth ₹20 Million+ monthly revenue.
▸ Proven expertise in both hunting (new partner acquisition) and farming (existing partner growth).
▸ Hands-on experience working within or alongside Fintech, Financial Services, and/or E-Commerce companies.
Domain Knowledge
▸ Strong understanding of Fintech, FinServ loyalty and rewards ecosystem banks, NBFCs, AMCs, insurance companies, and regulatory frameworks.
▸ Knowledge of E-Commerce marketplace dynamics, affiliate models, and platform integrations.
Skills
▸ Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and deal-structuring skills.
▸ Strong analytical mindset with ability to build business cases and revenue models.
▸ Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
▸ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high ownership.
Education
▸ MBA or Post-Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with exceptional track record will be considered.
