About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven professional to lead Brand Strategy and New Product Development (NPD) across affiliated companies and joint ventures. This role will be instrumental in transforming world-class manufacturing capabilities into strong, relevant, and commercially successful brands for Thai consumers.

The ideal candidate combines structured thinking, market understanding, and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, shape brand architecture, and develop winning product concepts that stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of brand architecture across the portfolio to ensure clear brand roles, reduce overlap, and strengthen overall portfolio effectiveness.
  • Define brand positioning, brand DNA, and identity for new products based on market opportunities, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Translate factory capabilities and manufacturing strengths into product concepts that address the needs and pain points of Thai consumers.
  • Build short-term and long-term product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on commercial potential, operational readiness, and competitive advantage.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate our products from competitors.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, and market gaps to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the snack and beverage categories and recommend strategic responses accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with factory, commercial, and management teams to align product strategy with business goals and market requirements.
  • Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership with clear business rationale and logical thinking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Product Management, Marketing Strategy, or New Product Development within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in brand portfolio restructuring, brand building, or launching new brands from concept to commercialization.
  • Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including P&L, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution channels.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into actionable strategies.
  • Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and evolving business environments.
