Position: Ocean Freight Export Supervisor (IWS)
Location: at Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the performance of a team.
- Processes handle and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
- Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.
- Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
- Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.
- Acts as subject matter expert for OFR Operations questions.
- Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.
- Be role of Contract Manager for project Covestro
- Monitor overview operation process based on service agreement with Covestro (All modes)
- Coordinates with operation team for getting performance report in order to do the monthly KPI review with Covestro
- Handles escalations. Case service failure investigate case, provide the corrective and preventive action to Covestro
- Engages the operation team to identifies the improvement area and process
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of OFR Export.
- Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Leadership skills.
