Ocean Freight Export Supervisor (IWS)

We are seeking for our vacancy job as below detail

Position: Ocean Freight Export Supervisor (IWS)

Location: at Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the performance of a team.

• Processes handle and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.

• Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.

• Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.

• Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.

• Acts as subject matter expert for OFR Operations questions.

• Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.

• Be role of Contract Manager for project Covestro

• Monitor overview operation process based on service agreement with Covestro (All modes)

• Coordinates with operation team for getting performance report in order to do the monthly KPI review with Covestro

• Handles escalations. Case service failure investigate case, provide the corrective and preventive action to Covestro

• Engages the operation team to identifies the improvement area and process

Qualification: -

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
• At least 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of OFR Export.
• Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Leadership skills.
