- Title: Operations and Onboarding Specialist
- Shift Timing: US Shift Timing (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Dynamic personality to support our US staffing team in operations and candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Onboarding
- Complete onboarding of the placements made by the US staffing team
- Includes BG check initiation, filling of i9 forms, W4 tax forms, and other compliance documentations
Vendor Onboarding and Contract Support
- Onboarding of Vendors supporting Corp to Corp placements
- Includes ratification and execution of MSA
- Verifying insurance coverage of the vendors
- Filling of W4 forms
Timesheet Management
- Connecting with placed candidates and verifying the accuracy of timesheets on a weekly basis
- Follow up with candidates via email and call if timesheets are not entered properly
Operations Support
- Creating reports and dashboard for the team
- Regular reports include:
- Daily performance report
- Call log reports
- Calculation of total hours worked by each candidate in a month
- Cross verification of gross profit based on bill rate and pay rate calculation
- Maintaining deal tracker and budget sheet for the team
- Working on adhoc reports as and when requested
CRM System Management
- Ensuring all the data is correctly entered in the CRM system
- Proper assignments are created for the placed candidates
- Responsible to enter banking details and tax details of the placed candidate
Requirements
- Exp working in US Staffing industry
- Comfortable to work from office in night shift
- Exp or understanding of onboarding process of the candidates and Corp to Corp vendors
- Proficient with Excel, MS word, MS Office, CRM systems such as ATS (Applicant tracking system), Payroll system, VMS (Vendor Management system), Docusign, etc
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- Detail oriented and multi-tasker
- This is an operationally critical role hence person need to be disciplined and regular in attendance
