Job Summary
Drive end-to-end residential design management to deliver high-quality living spaces that meet market needs, optimize cost, and support the overall success of the One Bangkok development.
Job Description
- Lead design management and project coordination for residential components within the One Bangkok Project (e.g., condominium, serviced apartments) during design and construction stages
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design quality, cost control, and timeline adherence
- Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure designs align with target market, product positioning, and customer expectations
- Develop and enhance design standards, guidelines, and specifications for residential projects (unit layouts, common areas, facilities, etc.)
- Support submission processes and coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals and permits
- Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) during construction
- Review design drawings and initiate Change Management Requests (CMR) where necessary
- Coordinate with construction teams to resolve site issues and design-related challenges
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering to optimize cost and functionality without compromising quality
- Review and manage documentation through systems (e.g., Unifier) to ensure timely responses and approvals
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to residential design and project delivery
Key Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate / property development / design consultancy
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of residential design standards, space planning, and user experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
